25	What do you find most attractive about this position?	The attractive about this position is challenge which is a love the most, successful and solid organization, In demands.
24	How Successful do you've been so far?	I would say that i am happy with the way in my career has progressed so far. I feel that i've done quite well and have no complaints. Everything's wonderful and i can think of the time when things were going better.
23	What are you long-range goals?	In my research the company doing things that i would like to be involved with and the fact that the organization is known for strong management company i would like to be a part of this team.
22	What do you feel this position should pay?	I understand that the range for this job is between AED 12,000 to AED 16,000 it seems appropriate for the job as i understand it. Can you tell me if there is a range similar jobs in the organization?
21	Why aren't you earning more at your age?	It because i support my parents and the one reason is that i'm conducting this job search.
20	What do you think of your boss?	My Boss is positive thinker, she motivate people to work hard to get the benefit both company and employee, shes approachable and enthusiasm.
19	In your current position, what features do you like the most?	What i like the most my current position is that you have a peace of mind working with such friendly environment and approachable, sharing ideas.
18	How do you feel about leaving all your benefits to find a new job?	i have concerned, naturally, but not panicked. but i am willing to accept some risk to find the right job for my self.
17	Why are you leaving your present job?	I have to leave my present job it because of the company accomplished their goals 1 to 3 years will closed for good. In my job search, i investigated a number of companies and this is the one of the few that i interested me. for these reason.
16	What important trends do you see in our industry?	The important trends in our industry i might consider technology challenges or opportunities, economics condition, even regulatory demands in which my thoughts in business heading.
15	What do you think is the most difficult thing about a manager or executive?	The difficult thing such as planning, execution, and cost-control. The most difficult task is to motivate and manage employee to get something planned and completed on time and within the budget.
14	Have you ever had to fire people?	This situation i admit it was not easy. but i say that it worked out well, both for the company and i think for the individual. Just like someone else you don't enjoy unpleasant tasks but that you can resolve them efficiency and in the case of firing someone humanely.
13	What do you look when you hire people?	i look in terms of skills, initiative and the adaptability to be able to work comfortably and effectively with others. I would like to hire people who appear capable of moving up in the organization.
12	Are you good manager?	Yes. As of my past achievements, accomplishment, and experiences i have a strong drive success goal-oriented management.
11	What is your management type?	Possible style includes: task oriented (i'll enjoy problem-solving identifying what's wrong, choosing a solution and implementing it). Result oriented (every management decision i make is determined by how it will affect the bottom line). i'm committed to taking care of my subordinates and pointing then in the right direction.
10	Your resume suggest that you may be over-qualified or too experienced for this position. what 's your opinion?	I will emphasize my interest in establishing a long-term association with the organization, and that resume' will perform well in my job, new opportunities will open up for me. A strong company need a strong staff, the growing, energetic company can never have too much talent.
9	How long would you stay with us?	i would say that i am interested in a career with the organization, but admit that i would have to continue to feel challenged to remain with any organization. Think in terms of. As long as we both feel achievement-oriented.

While i would expect to meet pressing demands and pull on my own weight from the first day, it might take 6 months to a year before you could expect to know the organization and its needs well enough to make a major contribution.

I am Abdulla Mohammad Baqis, 30 years of age, i was born and raised in this country and have an excellent knowledge,  i'm currently studying at Higher Colleges of Technology, i'm currently working at the International Airport of Abu Dhabi, i believe this experience and training has prepared me to take the next step.
